• ongoing complex legal support to business clients in day-to-day matters and special projects,
• providing advisory for clients' statutory bodies,
• preparation and evaluation of the contracts, including verification of the standard templates,
preparation and evaluation of the internal regulations, procedures,
• participating in negotiations,
• identification and managing legal risk related to changes of the clients' business activity and law
changes,
• representing clients in courts in civil, administrative and enforcement law proceedings, with
particular focus on disputes between businesses and between businesses and consumers,
• providing support and representing clients in course of proceedings in front of Polish public
authorities including regulatory bodies,
• providing relevant training for younger employees and coordinating their work,
• building and maintaining good relationships with the clients.

• acting as a proxy in court proceedings, in particular related to civil law and commercial law cases,
• preparation of the drafts of agreements and legal opinions,
• ongoning day-to-day legal support for the clients, also provided on a basis of secondments in the
clients' offices,
• cooperation with clients' legal departments and business teams,
• participating in negotiations,
• preparing for and participating in general meetings,
• monitoring changes in the provisions of the law and court rulings.
