Product Marketing Manager
Main responsibilities: defining, implementation and maintenance of profitable European professional CFL-I portfolio, co-development & implementation of product strategy for Retail & Hospitality segment in Europe; application trends analyses and competitive product benchmarking; driving the total product life cycle process (new product creation process, uplift existing products and phase out products) via chairing a multi-disciplinary product team ensuring alignment between the industrialization process and the required product portfolio; supervision over new product introductions; preparation of salesforce supporting product materials and tender documentation, enhancing product and application know-how by giving product presentations and product/application training for sales force or end customers; cooperation with Marketing Manager for Retail & Hospitality Segment and contacts with Philips country sales organizations across Europe
Market Intelligence Officer
Quantitative, multi-dimensional assessment of the Polish lamp market, conducting and co-ordinating surveys, sales and research results analyses and presentation, collecting and analysis of competition trade conditions and macroeconomic data; cooperation with sales reps across Poland; customer database building and maintenance; regular reporting to Philips general management in the Netherlands.
