• Supporting Knowledge Management Team with solutions for key talent development in EMEA;
• Building relationships with managers as a valued partner in the business to identify priorities and taking ownership for the whole learning experience;
• Creating strategic development plans aligned with business priorities for business managers;
• Providing direction to the creation and delivery of learning solutions that support the client group priorities;
• Driving Best- in- Class learning solutions implementation;
• Making a good usage of coaching and mentoring tools and programs;
