ACCOUNTING RELATED DUTIES:
-Intercompany transactions processing
-FA accounting
-Project accounting
-Accruals and prepayments accounting
-Calculation of VAT and income taxes, tax declarations preparing
-Daily bank accounts reconciliation
-Preparation and processing of JE
-Period-end activities including ledger maintenance and preparation and validation of month-end data for Hyperion reporting
-Financial month end reporting (BS review, variance analysis, sales reporting, FA schedule)
-Reconciliation of BS accounts

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT RELATED TASKS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Preparation and validation data for Oracle conversion
-Procedures and process maps creating
-System testing, analyzing of new solutions to adapt them to Amway Affiliate requirements as a part of UAT before Oracle implementation
-SIT support for Amway Corporate units in USA before their Oracle implem. (supporting colleagues in testing, working with Oracle team to resolve discovered defects)
-Proactively working on system/process improvements deployment,e.g.
*AGIS - testing, contribution in implem.
*PAYMENT MANAGER - coordinating process change for RTR team, supporting colleagues with new tool, reporting results to Process Manager
*PAYMENT MANAGER improvement - discovering weak points of this process, working with Oracle team to explain our requirements and look for the solutions
*Supporting of change request related to new reports in BI APPS - testing, summarizing of results, working with Oracle team to correct defects
*BI APPS support - working actively with Oracle team to get better performance of application, collecting feedback from ABCE teams and working on issues with Oracle team, sharing tips from Oracle team with colleagues
*BI APPS - working with Oracle team on accesses and responsibilities according to security policy within ABCE team

ADDITIONAL:
-Participation in CSA project:
*Training receiving (risk/control concept, testing/audit work)
*Audit of AP processes: samples selection, control performing, preparation of testing results ended with presentation of them to ABCE Management
