Providing HR support in order to develop, enact, and monitor human resources initiatives and programs across business areas and departments.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Coaching and advising managers in people-related matters
- Resolving complex employee relations issues
- Developing, implementing and executing HR processes and programs
- Developing and initiating complex development programs and training initiatives

Provide Human Resources leadership and direction to the population of all WC Employees in Wroclaw Site (Integrated Supply Chain and Shared Services Functions),
Main areas of responsibility:
staffing (coordinating all recruitment processes , screening and interviewing, hiring, onboarding); counseling with managers and supervisors on employment decisions, recruiting and retention; talent management; compensation and employment changes coordination; training and development, communications .

Coordinate Company-wide HR programs and practices in Wroclaw by developing, implementing and adjusting them to local business areas.

Develops and deploys programs and practices to drive higher organizational performance and effectiveness and to enhance the effectiveness of human resources.
Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding changes in organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life, motivational strategies.

Provides HR leadership to the assigned businesses and functional leaders to drive talent and organizational strategies, as well as providing managers with the necessary support for the realization of business strategies. Main responsibilities:
