Formed the recruitment company to utilise my existing network of senior contacts in financial institutions and to advise them of suitable staff to satisfy their recruitment needs. Required extensive marketing, both to attract candidates and to promote the company as a credible provider of quality personnel.


As a newly formed company it was necessary to establish the legal framework, prepare the business plan and design the marketing material. The internal procedures were designed to ensure maximum efficiency and ease of processing.

Since January 2014 also a Real Estate Agent cooperating with Home Broker S.A.

Experienced man manager, with responsibility for 12 sections with a total headcount of 150 staff, including the Settlement Centre based at Katowice employing 35 staff, processing technical, time critical, high value transactions for personal and corporate customers

Particular attention has always been paid to ensuring high morale & motivation within Departments, training and developing staff, controlling budgets within approved levels and providing the highest level of customer service. Fundamental requirement to ensure the highest level of accuracy, whilst adhering to banking legislation and providing the very highest standards of customer service.

Function required continual review of systems, processes and organisational structures to achieve cost effective and efficient processing.

Additionally managed the control functions for the banks 74 branches and 15 cash processing points.

Responsible for centralisation of operational processes, specifically relocating payment activity of over 1million monthly transactions to a low cost environment outside Warsaw.

Experienced in selecting and installing computer systems and software products following testing/parallel running as appropriate. Responsible for the operational implementation of GLOBUS, a complex international banking system to Head Office & branch network.

Strategic management experience having served on Management Board Steering Committee overseeing and advising on all activities of Raiffeisen Bank.

Responsible for daily running of transactions within Operations Department
Promoted in February 02 to Bank Director reporting to Board Member

Supporting all treasury transaction processing:
Foreign exchange deals, foreign currency deposits, banknote transactions, commercial paper settlement, customer service and enquiries.
