Responsibilities
I am responsible for all matters relating to performance of the services delivered including: pro-active deployment of the building strategy, ensuring smooth property handover from general contractor or landlord/PM with a full building set-up, management of complementary services such as leasing, marketing and project management, reviewing the existing property management processes, procedures and systems, ensuring the compliance of the client’s and Property Manger’s processes and procedures and implementing
effective strategies for property as an investment.
My duties also include supervision of all property maintenance services performance as defined in SLA and negotiation of prices and contract terms with contractors.My responsibilities cover preparation of the building’s internal regulations, emergency plans, evacuation procedures, review of property management processes, procedures and systems, as well as implementation of effective strategies for property as an investment.
I also handle executing, controlling and monitoring of service charge and Capex budgets, analyses lease critical data, assesses and evaluates reported maintenance issues and advises on further actions to be taken by the landlord, preparation of monthly and annual reports for the landlords. I am in charge of day-to-day property management operations and supervision and coordination of services as security, cleaning company, and FM stuff, regular site visits and performance review meetings with the client, as well as liaising with
tenants and the landlords.
