- driving improvements and productivity in AP area through Operational Excellence
- supporting statutory audits, SOX audits, ICC audits, SAS70 audits and ISO audits

Stream Lead for Support Activities - processes in scope:
-Disbursement
-Vendor Master File
-Travel & Expense

Responsible for managing and coordinating the work of 6- people team. Main tasks:
-Processing payments for 38 companies using different bank aplications and requirements,
-Account reconciliations of bank and technical accounts,
-Monthly Cash Forecasts,
-Posting journals (FX, bank charges, accruals, prepayments and reclasses)
-Dealing with internal and external auditors,
-Close cooperation with Financial Controllers

Responsible for two Duni's entities: based in Czech Republic and Sweden. Main tasks: matching invoices with PO's, posting invoices in SAP (FI and MM Modules), obtaining necessary approvals and processing all approved invoices in accounts payable system, punctual payments to the suppliers using internet banking, reconciliation of accounts on monthly basis, deal with Supplier Queries, obtain statements from suppliers as confirmation that accruals can be reversed, consult on accrual reversals, general support to company Chief Accountant.

Responsible for supporting and developing the administrative processes and assist the management team and consultants in: establishing new office in Poland, agreements with other service providers (cleaning, plants, office supplies etc), travel arrangements (book hotel, flights etc), office coordination.
