· Personal responsible for manufacturing factory: up to 400 subordinate employees, 7 production halls (10.000 sq m), paint shop (2.000 sq m), warehouses)
· Overall control over the production of steel structures for the oil gas industry, offshore analysis and preparation of documentation, production techniques, workload and costs, supervising schedules and craftsmanship and customer relations.
· Responsibility for costs of production in subordinate plant - increasing capacity by about 20 %
· Supervision of departments of engineering and manufacturing - shortening implementation times the product for the production from 4 weeks to 2 weeks.
· Initiate and oversee the implementation of programs related to safety, quality and productivity of the subordinates departments. - Introduction “quality is source” thinking and electronic records of these process checks.

Daily cooperation with client and subcontractors, be responsible for production of deliverables, which includes engineering support, specifications, procedures, analysis, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions. Originate or check technical documentation, accepting personal responsibility for its adequacy.
Act as a focal point for all types of correspondence issued and received.
Be aware of relevant safety objectives, legislative and legal requirements.
Awareness of Design and detailing in accordance with acknowledged industry Codes, Standards and Design Guides;
Client Specifications and Scopes of Work.
Be aware of associated subsea related disciplines and understand the interfaces within a project environment.

• Responsible for the overall coordination and maintenance of existing and new optical network (telecoms) programs at the manufacturing site.

• Daily interface in an International environment; contacts in UK, China, Norway, Italy
• Accountable for the finances, customer pricing, negotiations, forecasting sales, quoting process, business development processes, metrics, and reporting.

• Responsible for implementation of new projects technical (mechanical/electronics/telecom), budgeting and organizational telecom cabinet program.
• Created and controlled project implementation timelines, risk assessments, project budgets, and financial analysis
• Management of cross-functional team: supply chain, planning, engineering, quality, production, and finance.

• Engineering lead responsible for new product implementation for customer Nokia
• Close contact with the customer’s design and engineering team. In reference to technical and design issues, cost savings proposals, process improvement ideas
• Bill of material and production process documents set-up and control

Responsible for whole production process – (production, logistic planning, subcontractors control)
Establishing prices of production/selling products (quota)
New products implementation, technology transfer (all aspects: logistic, financial, technical and quality)
