• Coordination of Warsaw office consolidation - new Seating Plan preparation and its adaptation to the staff movements; preparation of the old Warsaw office to be relocated to the new location; negotiations with the suppliers and new contract signing
• Car Fleet Management - fleet management in car lease system and rent a car system, processing the new car ordering, organizing car delivery and return, managing the car pool, analysis of the fleet structure including mileage overshoots and failures, processing fuel cards
• Amex Card Administration - functions of card administrator: ordering new cards, liquidation the old ones. troubleshooting
• Facilities Budget Management - budgeting, PO raising, planning, controlling, managing relationship with suppliers, arrangements, negotiations, contract amendments
