 Production transfers coordination regarding equipment necessary to run the production process
 VMI coordination – chemicals & oils;
 Facility projects coordination,
 P2P Project coordination and implementation (Indirect Procurement to Pay, Contract to Pay and Purchase to Pay),
 Participation in global Indirect Procurement Project regarding category strategy, contract management, purchase to receiving, strategic sourcing, tactical sourcing.

 Processing Purchase Orders;
 Maintained of outstanding orders;
 Moving stock across the branches (6 branches);
 Negotiations with suppliers;
 Dealing with returns;
 Stock adjustments;
 Supervising of goods inwards and outwards;
 Cooperation with sales and accountancy;
 Projects coordination.
