Implemented best practice in permission marketing to optimize efficiency. Provided direction and made recommendations to brand teams for exploiting emerging business opportunities. Managed the implementation of Consumer Dialogue tools and techniques (funnel, segmentation, etc.) in One-To-One marketing. Promoted innovation and creativity to achieve competitive advantage. Governor over the consumer database and direct marketing communication touchpoints.

Manager of 5 subordinates and large budget. After 1 year promoted to higher managerial grade, six months later nominated to another position in the departmental hierarchy (Marketing Communication Manager).

Was responsible for Lotus Notes applications business development, delivery of new print-management solution and reengineering of business processes. Project management successes implicated completion of the Management Trainee Programme ten months ahead of plan - was promoted to managerial position in Marketing Department.
