Responsible for leading Order to cash department, implementing O2C strategy and executing receivables proceses for Arla Foods. Covering disputes resolution, collections, cash allocation and other supportive functions.
Leading Masterdata operations and MD Competency Center in terms of strategy and governance design and execution, driving Data Quality agenda from process and solution perspective.
In both areas strong drive of efficiency agenda based on LEAN and RPA tools. Stakeholder management on EMT-1 level.

Optimizing Masterdata procedures and processes
• Ensuring a service and performance culture within GBSFI GMD
• Ensuring global master datas are updated and in accordance with group standards
• Perform audits of existing documentation (SOPs and HTGs) and identify areas of improvement
• Knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer of GBSFI GMD across the processes
• Responsible of monitoring the KPI’s for GBSFI GMD
• Head process improvement initiatives within GBSFI GMD functions
• Provide expert knowledge on process improvement
• Member of the SSC management team
