-Preparing implementation plans for TR/Refinitiv products and services
-Contacting and discussing implementation plan with the client
-Hosting meetings with the clients
-Managing project implementation
-Assembling project delivery team
-Coordinating internal and external stakeholders (vendors, internal teams)
-Preparing and validating technical documentation of client’s infrastructure

 Creating proposals for product and entitlements mapping
 In-depth analysis of client’s agreements and contracts
 Creation of benchmark calculators
 Close cooperation with Account Managers and Project Managers on price allocation and project execution

 Supporting Account Managers, primarily by creating order forms and other deal-related documentation in line with legal, commercial and compliance guidelines;
 Raising migration orders via internal applications, as well as granting product and data accesses to individual end users in an accurate and timely manner;
 Managing billing and correct invoice creation; invoice corrections
 Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on order fulfillment details
 Advising and supporting team members on daily basis regarding process guidelines
 Providing training to new starters
