Customer Service Administrator (Customer Service Department)
17 countries: (Poland, Kaliningrad, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Chech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Baltic States)
• Supply chain / logistic support for all departments -be the first contact for distribution queries (Export/Import; Retail/Wholesale).
• Liaise with EE customers in the field of execution the POSM orders and opening new stores in terms (furniture/POSM placement)
• Arranging timely goods deliveries to achieve sales plan
• Preparation of required shipments reports
• Coordinate customs activities (customs clearance in PL/CZ) and timely flow of all shipping and customs documents for Levi’s agents;
• Based on orders (POSM, furniture, Levi’s clothes) consolidate and organize shipments to export/core markets in cooperation with warehouses, Customer Service Team, transporting companies, customs agencies, manufacturers;
• Manage and monitor goods flow to achieve an optimal customer satisfaction level;
• Issuance of customs / shipping documentation (e.g. customs invoices);
• Monitor stock availability in the warehouses - PL/CZ;

• Cooperation and daily contact with distributors, dealers and end users (CIS countries),
• Verification and execution of Russian/English commercial contracts (negotiation of contract terms),
• Commercial offers issuance,
• Support in credit control,
• Order processing,
• Manage and organize shipments for import/ export, cooperation with logistics, customs agency and transporting companies,
• Placing the orders and consolidation of spare parts (Germany) with main shipment in warehouse (The Nederlands)
• Cooperation with technical department in solving the technical querries,
• Marketing support,
• Monitor stock availability in warehouses;
• Translations (bilingual contracts, presentations etc.),
• Support in organizing international trade fairs
• Assistance of CEO in business meetings (translations & leading discussion with business partners)
• Support for Japanese Research Institute specialist during the business trips (visit & research Russian factories – Moscow/Kirov);
