• Hands-on approach to recruitment projects including preparing job requirements, advertisements, recruitment and selection, liaison with external recruitment agencies if needed
• Advising and supporting line managers regarding the labour law and company internal policies. Follow-up of the legislative changes and recommendation of necessary amendments,
• Coordinating training programme, including EU-financed (carrying out training effectiveness surveys)
• Implementing and translating international HR procedures and corporate policies as well as adapting to Polish legal regulations (analysis of labour law – cooperation with legal counsels, staff trainings)
• Coordinating appraisal performance annual process(translating and adapting to Polish requirements),
• Preparation and management of internal communication within PM Group ( coordinating
in-house magazine- PM People concerning employees issue
• Maintaining HR data base (leading personnel staff administration) and preparing monthly HR reports for the Management Board
• Employer branding: liaison with external agencies, trade fairs, press articles,
• Lead and coordination of benefit and social prorgammes

• Being responsible for the contacts with the University of Wroclaw

 Responsible for the contacts with foreign suppliers, especially from England and Turkey.
 Coordinating deliveries
 Inspection of deliveries
 Comparison of the products with the samples from suppliers
 Establishes quality control standards and procedures. Ensures strictly adherence to those standards
 Preparation of the weekly reports about the analysis of sales results
