In the complex context of a European public tender, I worked as Stakeholder Manager holding recurring meetings with ENPAP top managers (Italian Social Insurance Agency for Psychologists), managing expectations and relationships of the two main ENPAP suppliers, BVTech group and ProcneS.r.l;
Main activities follow:
1. Managing relationships and communications mainly between the two suppliers,
reactively and proactively.
2. Proactively identifying difference in goals and expectations of all the stakeholders
3. Continuous quality monitoring on the project.

IP Design Team Leader January 2009– January 2012 Self-Employed, worked at InsielS.p.A(Trieste)
I worked at Insiel as consultant and I was appointed IP Network Design&Development Technical Authority and IP Design Team Leader reporting directly to the Business Unit head.
Main activities follow:
1. Leading a team of network engineers and consultants.
2. Presenting new solutions and views to other business units.
3. Dealing with suppliers and other business units to negotiate contracts and service level
agreements.

I worked at MercurioFVGS.p.A. as consultant and I was appointed Service Development Responsible. Main activities follow:
1. Leading a small team of engineers

Senior Network Engineer November 2005 –November 2006 Contractor at T-MOBILE-NL The Hague (NL)
I joined the T-Mobile NL IP design team as consultant with the role of Senior Network Designer to bring my experience gained in Vodafone Italy about designing and migrating solutions and services for a mobile operator.
Main activities follow:
1. Presenting solutions and ideas to colleagues and other teams.
2. Tutoring colleagues.
3. Architect and Design complex network solutions.
4. Team work with T-Mob personnel as well as with external suppliers (Cisco).

Senior Network Consultant July 2004 – November 2005 THRUPOINT s.r.l. - Milano (MI) - Italy
I worked as Thrupoint Senior Network Consultant at VODAFONE ITALY S.p.A. managing Vodafone expectations about the Thrupoint team. Along with my colleagues we designed and tested some parts of the new Vodafone IP backbone network and we took care of the migration of services such as Vodafone GPRS connectivity and GPRS roaming, MMS and more.
Remarkable points:
Selected by Thrupoint Ltd (UK) at European level for an internal development program entitled “Fast Track Program” aimed at developing and improving business focus and awareness (12 persons only were selected in Europe in 2005)
Main activities follow:
1. Manage customer expectations.
2. Create comprehensive documentation (design and test).
3. Identify new business opportunities for Thrupoint.

I joined Ascotlc as Responsible for the Design and Development of the IP network and the value added services offered, organizing and leading a team of 3-5 people, as well as managing top customer technical expectations negotiating service level agreements.
Main activities follow:
1. Managing the IP&Services Team.
2. Dealing with top customers to negotiate service level agreements.
3. Supporting sales and marketing in identifying technically and effective feasible
strategies.
