Responsible for the entire recruitment process. Recruiting wide variety of profiles from HR, F&A, IT and sales area for Spain, Poland, UK, Switzerland, France, UAE and KSA.

• Liaising with managers in order to get to know their recruitment needs and to build up professional relationship.
• Sourcing candidates across Europe.
• Conducting screenings and interviews.
• Organising interviews with the managers.
• Working closely with HR in order to prepare offer documentation.
• Dealing with administrative taduties concerning contracts, job changes, certificates.
• Supporting new employees in relocation process.
• Managing CV database; updating internal recruiting systems.
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Counseling managers and employees on recruitment related processes and tools.
• Organization and implementation of Recruitment Workshop for the managers and team leaders involved in recruitment process.

Working as a consultant, supporting day-to-day activities of the company. The main focus of the role was expansion of the business network and recruitment activities.

• Searching for new, potential clients.
• Managing, updating contacts database.
• Reviewing, producing and translating (English/Spanish) various documents (contracts, offers).
• Responsible for the whole recruitment process.

Supporting Export and Marketing Department, searching for new clients and maintaining relations with existing ones. Negotiating and preparing offers accordingly to the clients' needs.
