Senior Transaction & Portfolio Manager
- Developing of long lasting relationship with clients thorough knowledge of the client’s management, strategy and financial situation to identify, assess, promote and maximize business opportunities, using and focusing on the full range of profitable products from the different business areas.
- Responsibility for overall client revenue and the quality thereof.
- Structuring of transactions to meet client’ objectives, market standards and the bank’s underwriting criteria.
- Managing the credit application process, including the preparation of credit applications and negotiations with credit/risk authorities.
- Negotiation final terms and conditions with clients.
- Preparing documentation and closing of transactions (on local & foreign markets, participating in syndicated deals).
