Responsible for recruiting within the Sales and Marketing Business Units across EMEA - sole responsibility for commercial recruitment in the UK, Poland, Sweden, Russia, Benelux, Switzerland, Austria and Turkey as well as EMEA Marketing Organisation and Carrier Groups (Vodafone / Telefonica and Orange)
Offering a consultative approach to my internal clients (MDs, VPs and Senior Sales / Marketing Managers) through close working relationships and overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process
Responsible for sourcing candidates for all my roles using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, the RIM website, 3rd party job boards and primarily direct sourcing / headhunting
Responsible for designing and implementing recruitment and employment branding strategies for countries and Business Units I’m looking after
Educating RIM hiring managers on acceptable recruitment processes and policies and working with Organisational Development (OD) to effectively plan for current and future staffing requirements
Exposure to wider HR function and participating in number of HR initiatives:

- Liaising with Comp and Bens regarding job grading,
- Supporting HR Operations in reviewing and putting new HR processes in place.

• Additional responsibility for all EMEA roles based in Munich;
• Managing the relationship with the managers and covering all their recruitment needs;
• Deciding on recruitment strategies for dedicated business areas;
• Working closely together with HR Business Partners;
• Consulting both the Business and HR on possible hiring strategies (fairs / blogs / advertising / special hiring events etc.);
