Preparing accurate month end activities – bookkeeping accruals for French paper and pulp mills, warehouse, financial and tax entities under French and US GAAP, back-to-back booking of recharge accruals affecting nearly of 15 EMEA entities, invoicing for different entities, intercompany transactions, managing/involvement in redesign projects, transition of processes between entities and sharing knowledge with various teams in the company, communicating with controllers, local financial analysts, different entities and departments.

Preparing Balance Sheet Account reconciliations in line with SOX requirements and support the GFS team in related work, month end close activities (e.g. bookkeeping, SKFs, recharges, fixed costs, intercompany accruals and other calculations), GFS SharePoint administration, preparing projects (e.g. Shadowing Program, Intercompany accounts clearing and closing).

Preparing Balance Sheet Account reconciliations in line with SOX requirements and support the GFS team in related work, basic bookkeeping, preparing projects (e.g. Intercompany account analysis), administration tasks.
