Project Manager & Head of Central Project Management Office (m/f/x)

To strengthen our team in Poysdorf, Austria we are looking for a Project Manager:

Your Profile

At least 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the automotive industry
Excellent presentation skills and experience with coaching others
Fluent in English, German/Czech/Romanian are a great advantage
IPMA-, PMI- or equivalent certifications are nice to have
Independent and results-oriented working style
Ability to work well under pressure
Completed education in a business or technical discipline, graduate degree desirable

Your Tasks

Management of a wide range of projects in all areas of the GG group, ranging from operational, strategic, individual to cross-functional (relocations, plant expansions etc.)
Project controlling (progress, content, quality, budget, resources)
Leadership and coordination of international project teams
Responsibility for the GG Central Project Management Office
Implementation of project audits
Cyclical preparation and monitoring of project portfolio reports, including implementation of control measures in case of deviations/changes
Definition, adherence and further development of the GG PM system as well as all applied methods and tools.

For this position we offer a minimum annual gross salary of 56,000 €. Additional pay depending on qualifications and previous experience is possible.
