For our client - distribution centre, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

pathways operations manager

Responsibilities:

• The Pathways Leadership Development Programme which is a carefully planned series of progressive steps form Area Manager to Senior Operations Manager and even General Manager
• safeguarding your team’s safety
• leading cross-functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems
• upholding high standards of process quality
• maintaining inventory accuracy
• striving to improve and streamline processes
• becoming a subject matter expert on larger FC processes and activities
• actively sharing and promoting best practices with colleagues and Network

Requirements:

• MBA, PhD or MSc in Logistics/Science/Engineering student or graduate
• 3-5 years of previous experience in: Operational Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, General Management or Supply Chain and Transportation Management
• demonstrable leadership ability, with a flair for managing others
• strong analytical skills
• a sound business judgment
• exceptional interpersonal skills
• flexibility to move between our European sites
• fluent command of Polish and English
