Your responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service in German langauge for financial clients
- Supporting clients via phone (inbound calls)
- Providing consultancy about the correctness of data
- Preparation of internal reports
- Cooperation with other departments of Company
- Updating data in the system
REQUIREMENTS- Advanced level of German B2/C1
- Communicative English
- Philology students are welcomed
- Ability to team work, and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical and solving problem skills
- Sense of humour :)
