Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Currently for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for the position of: Finance Officer

Job description

  • Monitoring invoicing system on a daily basis and solving issues,
  • Creating manual invoices in case the data transfer is not available,
  • Providing efficient and timely invoicing query resolution to the business,
  • Processing non-standard manual payments and payment query resolution,
  • Performing daily, monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting in MS Excel (e.g. supporting credit limits for sister companies, monitoring overall unsecured exposure, creating guarantee fee reporting),
  • Collecting forecast data from sister companies on cash and fx position,
  • System administration for customers and master data management.

Candidate

  • University degree in Accounting or comparable as beneficial,
  • Previous experience working within a finance function or banking (back office),
  • Knowledge of either AP/AR accounting and/or financial sector,
  • English: C1 in speech and writing,
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially of Excel),
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
