Business Development Manager Poland (municipal market)

For an international and well-known company in water treatment solutions we are currently looking for a person to take the position of Business Development Manager for Poland (municipal market). Our Client provides a wide range of services, applications, devices and machines dedicated to industrial and municipal sectors. The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for developing, growing as well as building company’s position on the polish market.

Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities, gain new customers, conduct negotiations, analyzing the market of municipal clients, including: sewage plants, farms, water, water pipes, pipeline and similar. Moreover, the person will create and implement sales strategy on the market in close cooperation with Sales, Technical and R&D Departments. Candidate will be a member of an international sales team as well as will be working in home office model.

 We are looking for candidates with min. 3-5 years with a significate experience in municipal markets (sewage, water, water treatment, pipeline) and another related area. Very welcome are candidates with experience in machines, devices or applications (i.e. pumps, machines, equipment, installations, pipes). Moreover, higher technical education in engineering and very good knowledge of English and Polish are necessary. We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel.
