As Administration Specialist, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

• Take ownership and deliver support for the team of managers
• Organizing the corporate events/conferences/integration events
• Coordinating the conferences room managements
• Being a contact point for managers and other Functions
• Organizing the travel for managers
• Participate in the development and streamlining of procedures and internal initiatives


To be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration/Facilities
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Fluent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving attitude, process oriented, able to work within deadlines
• Positive approach and stress resistance
