Job description:

managing a team of Customer Service Representatives
building a very good relationship with Client – understanding Client needs and providing answers to his queries
supporting subordinates in performing their daily duties
monitoring, analyzing and reporting team activities that affect its performance
taking care of the team development
ensuring realization of SLA’s and KPI’s by a Team

Requirements:

very good knowledge of German and English (both required)
at least 1 year experience in managing a team – min. 10 FTE in Customer Service area
people management skills
ability to work in a group, high communication and leadership skills
ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties
