HR Recruitment Coordinator

As a HR Recruitment Coordinator, your main responsibilities are :

Recommend to people managers on the profile of candidate
Advise to management on key dimensions of recruitment process
Identify potential sources of candidates
Creating and keeping pipeline of potential candidates
Driving internal recommendations program
Screening market for best available candidates and new potential recruitment agencies
Building and sustaining relationship with best performing agencies
Sourcing activities on the level of company
Handling local market overview for the new potential business developments including assessing new roles

We require:

Fluent English
Experience in a similar position (2-3 years)
Ability to manage recruitment processes on various areas - additional courses and training will be an asset
Self-reliance and high motivation
