We are looking to hire 2 people to form our Art Team for all creative projects needed in the company, for example:

1. mockups and action photos creation
2. marketing photos creation and enchancement
3. recording and editing youtube videos for our brand showing products in action
4. creating catchy/provocative/edgy text for these short videos for the actor to showse the product (researching the products and competition first, coming up with ways/angles we could stand out)
5. optimizing youtube videos via keywords optimization etc (we will train you on that part)
6. creation of all marketing visual materials like flyers, postcards 
7. creation of all marketing text materials (like blogs, taglines, fb ads text, advertising copy text, etc)
8. creation of some visual and text elements for our website
9. creation of new labels and packaging for new upcoiming products
10. everything else from vsiual and copywriting department - so lots of fun but also lots of data, measuring results, etc

WE OFFER:

• Becoming our Creative Team member of 2 Art Department people (one of you ideally being great at creating all things visual and 2nd person being an amazing copywriter).
• Time frame: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (work in our office), Sat & Sun (home office: around 3 hours each day but work from home as home office)
• We're a 100% english speaking office so please be comfortable to only communicate in english here (have couple of US-native team members who don't speak polish)
• You (just like all of us) will be wearing many hats: 95% of your work will be in Creative department but you have to stay open to also do any and all "regular" office tasks too, in case you need to fill in for someone like: - customer service - managing social media profiles of the brand - creating SOPs - even helpingwith physical production of our cosmetics (driving to our factory in Piaseczno-Kabaty [by yourself or carpooling with others] to participate in the process to learn more about our business or simply just to help and jump in when needed) - running any errands for the company - basically, for everyone involved in this small team, "no job is too small" attitude has to be there naturally.
• Being a dynamicly growing start-up, we're looking for a person who is a doer, not just manager. Someone who is capable to execute a lot of art projects themselves and not just outsource to others. That's why basic photoshop and illustrator skills are a must, basic video editing skills are a must, basic copywriting skills are a must (in english).
