Service Desk Agent with German

Responsibilities: 

• Field incoming calls from global employees and clients regarding application ID access and password support. 
• Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding system access issues.
• Provides support for multiple applications.
• The ability to maintain confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism is critical.

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English both written and spoken
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Good MS Office package knowledge
• Daily computer usage skills
• WIllingness to learn

Good to have:

• Previous experience in help desk environment
• Experience with Remedy Ticketing System
