In IT Center in Częstochowa our engineers are able to develop their qualifications taking part in international projects. Due to rapid growth of this global unit we are looking for talented individuals willing to strengthen our teams with their exceptional skills.

The technical oriented IT expert will be member of the global Office365 team and is responsible for rollout, administration and support of Office365 and included services.

Responsibilities:

Consult, rollout and support services in the ecosystem Microsoft Office365 including dependent basic services like authentication, rights management, network, directory services in close collaboration with the corresponding responsible IT teams.
Administration, maintenance and monitoring of Office365 and included services like Skype for Business, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Groups, Flow
Consulting of users in the use and customization of Office365 and included services
Provide qualified 2nd and 3rd level support to end-users in daily business
Independent processing of route cause analysis and support issues (expert level)

Requirements:

University degree of computer science related faculty
Experience with Microsoft Office365 and the includes services like MS Teams, MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Skype for Business, MS Planner
Experience in project work, project management and corresponding methods
Experience with end user support (first- and/or second level support)
Willingness to travel
Good command of English
