Network Analyst – IPAM / DNS / DHCP

Position Summary:

The Network Analyst – IPAM/DNS/DHCP is responsible for supporting the administration and implementation of IP address management, DNS and DHCP solutions and systems for the ZF group through daily operational assistance, in order to support and fulfill the requirements of internal and external customers worldwide.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations for the IPAM team within the Network group
  
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems with focus on DNS/DHCP, in addition to performing routine configuration and monitoring tasks.
  
• Create concepts for the adaptation of the global IPAM, DNS, and DHCP service
  
• Installation, configuration and customizing of the used hardware and software
  
• Planning and execution of version and system changes
  
• Compile and develop documentation in order to create a knowledgebase for software and hardware supported by the IPAM team  

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related faculty
  
• 2+ years of experience in the IT field encompassing a majority of the following areas –networking, LAN/WAN, and/or DNS/DHCP
  
• Working knowledge of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
  
• General knowledge of IT help desk concepts, best practices, and commonly-used procedures. Knowledge of ITIL to processes would be advantageous
  
• Good command of English
  
• Ability/willingness to meet flexible schedule arrangements per customer requirements (i.e. off-shifts, on-call)
