Structural Simulation Engineer - Trainee

Responsibilities:

Structural Simulation Engineer - Trainee is responsible for providing support to Structural Simulation Engineer in building up FEM model of steering wheel, airbag modules and safety seatbelt components. She or he may virtually assess probable failure modes of the part at given loads at an early stage of the product life cycle. Thus serious failures can be in advance avoided for parts that do not withstand the given loads. 

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical, aerospace or civil engineering
  
• Educational background in mechanics of materials, structural integrity and/or dynamics
  
• Educational knowledge of FEM
  
• Ability to formulate comprehensive conclusions
  
• Analytic mind, accurate, systematic and self-reliant
  
• Good spoken/written English
  
• Strong willingness to learn
  
• MsOffice applications

Optional Skills:

• Experience in CAE Software (E.g. Ansys or Abaqus)
  
• Knowledge of Unix / Linux operating systems
