Job description

• daily contact in Swedish/ Norwegian/ Danish/ French/ Italian/ Greek/ Spanish/ German/ Czech/ Slovak/ Dutch and English within business processes (phone and e-mail contact with business clients)
• work compatible with standards set by the company
• tasks within customer service, solving problems and administration
• participation in department projects
• teamwork in international environment

Candidate

• openness to professional challenges and desire to work in a dynamic international environment
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work in a group (you are a good team player)
• experience in customer service would be an asset (there is a possibility of junior, specialist or senior position offered depending on experience)
• availability to shift work would be an asset
• good knowledge of English
