Accounts Receivable Analyst with Portuguese

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Analyst with Portuguese to join our Shared Service Centre
in Poland.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Root cause analysis and issue resolution
  
• Understanding customer deals and pricing 
  
• Providing support for the other team members when needed (as assigned by the supervisor)
  
• Meeting operational targets
  
• Performing process improvements
  
• Audit support
  
• Participating in small projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Business Administration, Accounting, Finance Degree or equivalent
  
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in credit, accounting, customer services or related field
  
• Fluent written and verbal Portuguese language skills
  
• Very good written and verbal English language skills
  
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, SAP experience preferred.
  
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations
  
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Ability to identify, manage and implement small process improvements
  
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
