Job Description:

validate Purchase Requisitions(PR) based on business rules
convert PR to PO (Purchase Order) in ERP
communication to vendor on the PO
expedite PO
update revised delivery commitments in ERP
return materials processing
resolve issues pertaining to AP and GRN
handle Procurement function - Both Direct & Indirect materials
responsible for end to end Procurement activities – PR to PO and post PO activities and monitoring/guiding Junior buyers on these processes
managing the day-to-day activities and ensure Client service levels are met and escalate key issues appropriately

Requirements:

knowledge of German at advanced level
knowledge of English at advanced level
graduate with college degree
0-4 yrs of experience in supply chain (Planning and Procurement)
good knowledge in Purchasing, Sourcing, Vendor Management &Negotiations
good knowledge in various procurement functions
hands on experience in various ERP systems
good Analytical Skills
excellent Typing with accuracy
flexible to work in shifts
