Customer Service Specialist with foreign languages

Responsibilities

• Implementation of operational tasks of orders or claims and processing them in the system.
• Delivering different order to cash processes.
• Being in touch with local Customer Service organizations, warehouses, distribution and  Transportation Tower.
• Reviewing and solving tickets in Customer Relationship Management System.
• Ensuring efficient customer service processes.
• Solving different procurement issues.
• Working in back-office in close cooperation with front office leaders.

Requirements

• Fluent English and one of the following languages: French, German, Czech, Slovak, Finish, Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Danish, Norwegian.
• University Graduate (min. Bachelor).
• Experience in Customer Services will be an asset.
• Problem solving and decision making ability.
• Analytical skills, multitasking.
• Ability to work with various IT applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
