IT Support Advisor with Dutch

Responsibilities:

• provide technical assistance to the Dutch speaking customers
• diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems
• provide solutions and support the customer in implementation
• cooperate with other technical support teams and field service engineers
• check quality of service tickets in customer service applications

Requirements:

• very good communication skills in Dutch
• good command of English or Polish in speech and writing
• knowledge of MS Office
• analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• customer and team orientation
• excellent communication skills
• experience in customer or IT support position will be a plus
