Banking Operations Specialist

• Active Management of exception resolution;
• Timely handling of exceptions;
• Analysis of the exception;
• Contact and clarification with depositories ;
• Contact and clarification with counterparties;
• Status updates to internal clients;
• Handling of all Business Units and all products, except CS Luxembourg and CS Austria;
• Handling of Exceptions for orders from private clients;
• Process accurately and timely all exceptions initiated by settlement instructions;
• Perform all assigned duties in a proper way and according to defined;
• Service Levels descriptions and established KPIs;
• Participate in process improvements and quality reviews, improve efficiency and productivity on an on-going basis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required;
• German language skills would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of financial products would be an asset;
• Analytical skills, ability to conduct profitability and implementation / effort analysis;
• Ability of cooperation in international environment;
• Team-oriented experience;
• High degree of structure and self organisation;
• Experience in an international, multicultural working environment;
• Very good MS Office skills.
