For one of our Clients, Danish group of companies with over 140 years of history, having leading position in transportation & logistics industry in Northern Europe, expanding the SSC in the center of Poznań, Randstad Finance is looking for a hands-on and process-oriented Finance Experts for the positions of:

senior accountant with Russian and English

Responsibilities:

• participating in the migration of planned accounting activities
• designing, communicating and implementing accounting activity process optimization and standardization projects
• coordinating and communicating the necessary training for local team and manage the change of process
• implementing of the centralized solution and appropriate documenting of the process using process maps and procedures
• performing month-end closing activities including accounts, B/S reconciliation
• managing day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
• assisting in preparation of new internal control documentation, testing new systems, policies and tools

Requirements:

• university title in Economics and/or Finance
• minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including minimum 3 years with international company
• good understanding of SSC processes
• strong accounting and/or process skills
• international mindset and very good communication skills (written and oral)
• able to travel during transition periods (1-3 months abroad)
• fluency in English and Russian
• IT skills: literacy with ERP system, advanced MS Excel skills, experience with VISMA is beneficial
