On behalf of our Client, an international company, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Job description

• Ensure bookings are created and updated in a timely manner,
• Delivering service in line with client performance standards and operating procedures,
• Ensure 'right-first-time' arrangement of bookings and sending confirmation to customers,
• Process export bookings received from Customers and allocated front-offices in a timely, efficient and courteous manner,
• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to address any missing bookings information or query discrepancies,
• Communicate any impact on the business and query for missing information necessary for proper booking / dangerous goods data input.

Candidate

• Degree in maritime logistics, or still in the process of studying,
• English C1,
• Fluent level of customer service,
• Self-motivated and result-oriented,
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across the company.
