For our Client, the world’s leading provider of products and medical services, we are looking for Accountant with Romanian for P2P processes at Financial Shared Service Center EMEA.

We are also looking for Junior Accountant / Accountant candidates with Slovak. 

Accountant with Romanian and English

Zakres obowiązków:

planned start date: 1 November 2017

transition from Romania- Bucharest

knowledge transfer 2018

experience in AP, AR or P2P

day to day operations in the accounts payable area:

handle incoming invoices/ credit memos

handle down payments

review vendor accounts

enrich vendor master data

reconciling vendor accounts

creating master data

handling of vendor queries

handle payment reminders

assist with other clerical duties

other specific accountabilities as directed

adherence to service levels

adherence to policies and procedures

Oczekiwania:

university degree in economics/ finance with major in Accounting or equivalent qualification/ work experience

ability to read, write and communicate in Romanian and English in a business settings

complete familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel

SAP skills is a plus

accuracy, timeliness, analytical skills, independence

ability to work in a group

ability to pay close attention to detail

willingness to travel ( 2 to 6 weeks periods)

good communication skills

depending on the education and accounting knowledge presented, we will be discussing with candidates for junior or accounting positions.
