Junior Employer Branding Specialist
External Employer Branding & University Relations:
- responsible for EB projects and activities targeted to students and professionals in business- and IT field
- involved in candidate experience projects
- cooperation with polish and foreign job boards
- cooperation with Universities in Silesia Voivodeship in terms of lectures, workshops and job posting
- cultivate relations with other third parties such as graphic designers, language schools, agencies, media, suppliers etc.
Internal Employer Branding:
- strong cooperation with recruitment, communication, marketing and PR team to ensure proper execution of Employer Branding strategy
- organization of internal events in accordance with company’s strategy
- execution of activities for 2 Business Units: Business Services and Infrastructure Services
Other:
- support for charity event – Katowice Business Run 2016
- monitoring results of EB activities
- dealing with ad hoc requests

- Full-cycle recruitment process: writing job descriptions, placing job offers on recruitment sites and social media, selecting candidates, arranging interviews and interviewing, updating candidates with the outcome of their recruitment process.
- Representing the company on various industry events and conferences.
- Being main point of contact for candidates based abroad organizing their arrival in Poland.
- Organizing trips for employees at various industry events.
- Organizing training for employees.
- Collecting reports from employees of their time worked on a project.
