- workload, staffing management for 56 CPSs combined FO Team,
- supervise a team of 14 CSPs, coaching, supporting, recruiting,
- performing SOX and business controls, MI reporting and ad-hoc analysis,
- handle Fraud Transactions, Escalations, Complaints and Billing Processes,

Continuous Improvement initiatives:
Development of MS Excel/VBA and scripts tools for SOX and business controls optimization, euroShell Card Cancellation Process, quick access knowledge base, staffing planning, automated reporting and analysis in Billing Process Team, mass correspondence automatisation for Complaints Team.
