The role requires the complete preparation and execution of business or compliance driven requests to move End Users IT equipment between buildings, floors and desks. Move coordinator is also a point of contact between Project Management and all Teams involved in the moves. I'm also responsible for executing the IT part of desk replacement project.
Total volume is reaching 250 End User moves per week.
My daily tasks:
1. Preparation of the move: completing detailed and standardized survey of current status of IT and communication equipment at current location of End User.
2. Distributing the survey to Project Management and all Teams involved in moves activity or desk replacement project.
3. Gathering and preparing the required hardware, cabling and equipment or informing proper Teams in order to execute the installation process or to resolve problems identified during the survey on the day of the move or during desk replacement.
3. Manage the Team of up to 20 engineers which are responsible for disconnecting all IT equipment at current location of End User or at his old desk and reinstalling it at the new location or new desk.
4. Manage the Team of Senior Engineers testing the equipment at the new location or new desk in order to identify and remediate at the spot all issues related to hardware and software. All identified issues must be addressed within the agreed SLA.
5. Manage the post-move desk-side support Team assisting the End Users on the first business day after the move or desk swap. Post-move support includes also reporting to Project Management about any problems/issues identified, how they were remediated and what can be done in order to avoid any of those issues in the future.
6. Once all weekend moves activities are completed, including post-move support, my responsibility is to log and register all moves as per requirements in ServiceNow.

Member of the Premier (VIP) IT support Team at client location. This team is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests for the most senior executives - Management Board, their directs and a number of business global heads - at client location.
1. Carry out requests:
- configuration and setup of hardware: desktops and laptops with Windows 7 operating system
- VMWare Virtual Desktop (VDI) and WYSE terminal (thin client)
- installation and configuration of additional hardware (monitors, speakers, web cams, headsets, printers etc.)
- installation of software without and with administrator rights
- complete migration of end users between client domains (including transfer of Outlook and OCS profiles)
2. Resolve software and hardware related incidents (diagnose, root cause analysis, temporary or permanent fixes) and requests related to operating systems:
- Windows 7 Core Build
- iOS and Corporate iOS (for Good for Enterprise and MobileIron)
- Blackberry
- Android (only for Good for Enterprise)
3. Resolve incidents and requests for remote access to client network with RSA, VPN and Citrix:
- soft tokens (distribution, import, setup)
- hard tokens (setup)
- Good for Enterprise, MobileIron, Blackberry Enterprise
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI, desktop virtualization)
4. Support for requests and incidents with Micrososft Office 2013 package:
- PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook (including add-ins)
5. Support for Microsoft Office Communicator, Desktop Video, Webex and shared drives
6. Support for encryption and data security:
- BitLocker
- Voltage Encryption
- Message and Document Classification
- Data preservation
- Symantec Endpoint Protection
- ACL (Access Control List) and Active Directory
7. Record, update and report all IT related queries in ServiceNow - main ticketing tool

Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for Premium and Dedicated customer’s end users. Escalate issues to the second line when necessary.
