Identifying, quantifying, and recommending action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy. Responsible for all the pre-sale and post-sale support of LTE, HSPA+, UMTS, GSM, GSM-R Software and Hardware products and solutions, including: marketing, technical proposal, network design, pre-sale testing support.
Creating co-operative business plans with service providers, helping to define new business models and product features. Identifying key customer requirements and coordinate with Global HQ and Engineering to ensure that these were implemented in the products.
Negotiation of complex agreements, constant agreement supervision, implementation.
Assuring smooth project implementation by coordinating internal departments and third parties to deploy solutions on time, by assuring proper site configuration, on time deliveries, agreeing installation responsibility and guidelines, resolving technical issues, meeting KPIs.
- Last period sales over 100 M USD (~50% increase every year), total OTEs 260 M USD.
- Many new product entries (i.e. Huawei first worldwide GSM over IP (VoIP) commercial application), successful equipment trials, new customer entries, numerous negotiations.
- Leading multinational teams up to 10 persons (professionals, experts, some remotely).
- One of five key members of 2 billion USD project of deploying new UMTS operator.
- Superior rollouts, swaps and expansions experience (GSM,UMTS,HSPA+, trial networks)
