Revenue Attainment

Responsible for Order to Cash process to support business for customer satisfactions and outlook commitments.
Responsible for country/countries outlook process and weekly pulse in a timely manner and ensure proactive actions to be taken to support the country revenue attainment for all LOBs including exploring more upsides and manage risk.
Specialized knowledge concerning service / company objectives to solve supply-chain related problems in a creative & efficient way
Implements and adapts global processes for revenue global recognition policy in line with local requirements
Interfaces with vendor/ Sales team with quarter end off line entries
Addresses major customer escalated issues and fulfillment challenges by using multiple sources of information and leading a cross functional team
Develop and implement process that manage and resolves logistic, staging, or supply line management issues or exceptions in most cost effective way
Responsible for ensuring revenue attainment without any audit exposure.


Inventory Management

Manage optimum inventory levels to ensure revenue attainment, customer requirements and inventory outlook to be met.
Monitors inventory levels to assure material will be available to meet customer delivery requirements thru demand planning process thru triangulations of demand planning, outlook commitments and inventory optimization.
Minimizes company expense through management of the supplier E&O.
Take proactive actions to ensure aged inventory profile is within company objectives.
Implement process to ensure inventory movements and control are being followed and stock counts are done as per required timeline.


Local Country Operations & Customer Satisfaction
Simplifying end-to-end order fulfillment processes, taking into account country-specific requirements (both market-driven and legal/statutory), reducing excess capacity

• nadzór i koordynacja zespołem kierowców aut ciężarowych
• zbieranie zamówień od firm zewnętrznych
• przygotowywanie raportów i rozliczanie kierowców z czasu pracy

• zapewnienie odpowiedniego przepływu materiałowego wewnątrz firmy
• nadzór nad produkcją mebli stylowych tapicerowanych w skórze,materiale i loomie(imitacja rattanu),mebli szkieletowych stylowych z drewna litego
• wdrażanie nowych modeli do produkcji
• wycena nowych produktów
• odpowiedzialność za realizację planningu zamówieniowego
• negocjowanie cen z dostawcami
• zarządzanie łancuchem dostaw
• współpraca z holenderskim odbiorcą(HABUFA Meubelen B.V.)
