Reckitt Benckiser; FTE as a Business Analyst in electronic data interchange area in global support center as a subject matter expert in 4th last level of support. This center is located in Poland and we are also providing support for ongoing projects inside of RB company. Scope of responsibility:
- Liaising with vendor (IBM) in the resolution and escalation of technical business and support issues. Identifying issues, recommending solutions and working with consultants to produce a quality product.
- Assisting Application Consultants in all modules across any issues.
- Conducting evaluation of the actual-processes to improve interface reliability.
- Business development – EDI solutions & support (JD Edwards, BizLink, TrustedLink, EDIFACT, Tradacom, X-12, AS2, HTTP, HTTPS).
- Providing functional and technical support in EDI area in JD Edwards environment.
- Development of the technical concept.
- Participation in High Severity Incidents through to Service Restoration, assisting with communications to the Business in line with agreed procedures
- Implementation EDI interface between RB and new clients, distribution centers in JD Edwards environment. In example full implemenatation of data exchange with such a companies as Wal-Mart, Amazon, Coop, Auchan, Tesco, Carrefour, JP Morgan, City Bank, DHL, Fiege, Damco and many mores.
- Support, maintenance and development EDI solutions in JD Edwards environment for internal and external RB use.
- Liaise closely with the market Business Analysts.
- Planning, documentation and implementation of change requests
- Business process documentation (technical and user documentation)
- Preparation and submission of monthly IT Operations reports.
- Reviewing and documenting of business processes and procedures and internal controls.
- Analysis of complex billing errors to determine trends and provide management with recommendations and solutions to on-going problems.
- Design, configuration and implementation of reconciliation checks between two core production systems to highlight any system integrity issues.
- Monitoring Data Integrity, Identifying Issues.
- Support and Maintenance of in-house Microsoft Databases

FTE started as Junior JDE developer, finished as Senior Technical consultant. During this period I was mainly involved in one of the biggest JDE implementation in east Europe. JD Edwards implementation in Agora S.A. was described as 400 different customization of an ERP system and surrounding it environment. During this project in mine scope was:
- Transfer of knowledge to customer IT departments
- Preparing and conducting trainings for local Business Analyst in JD Edwards native tools (fat client) which is used to set up a new business process (task creation, menu correction, processing options security, selection security, vocabulary overrides)
- Oracle/JDE issue logging, researching and applying of ESU’s
- System administration - package build and ESU installation, setup JDE security for user groups.
- POC releases installation in founded described and confirmed via ticket by Oracle bugs in JDE deployment server.
- SAR installation for founded, bugs in JDE standard functionality and repaired by Oracle SARs releases.
- Advanced system administration: configuration management, security management, SMC Console, WebLogic 11g.
- Preparing and conducting trainings for programmers in JD Edwards native tools (FDA, RDA, BSFN, DD).
- Advanced programming in JD Edwards native tools (interactive forms, batch applications, business functions (NER, C), business services (BSSV - web services in Oracle middleware fusion - JDeveloper), system data structure and data dictionary).
- Development of mobile solution for barcodes fully integrated with JD Edwards in real time (warehouse management, stocktaking, sales orders, purchasing, manufacturing).
- Technical support during system go-live and post-implementation for Hogart customers.

Contract of Employment for an indefinite time; transferred to work for GEA Procomac, Italy, pursuant to a leasing contract between the companies; Position: Electronic Engineer for Service & Implementation; Responsibilities: Oversight and execution of software service during the installation of a new bottling line producing drinks in plastic bottles - making sure that the line works properly as far as its software is concerned, service corrections of the program code in case of any modifications or repairs caused by improper controlling the line by operators; servicing the lines in Poland, Germany and Italy.
