• I dealt with building the market on an ongoing basis by acquiring new customers and beneficial, long-term cooperation with key customers, production and distribution companies (traditional and modern market, including retail chains, including NOMI, CASTORAMA, BRICO MARCHE, OBI, etc.).
• I prepared budgets and settled their implementation, dealt with yielding, implementing short-term and long-term commercial and marketing policy in Poland, preparing comprehensive, conducting trainings and technical consulting.

Major Achievements:
I reorganized the work of the sales and marketing departments and created an efficiently functioning team of sales representatives operating in the field.
I planned and implemented a new remuneration system based on a multi-layer incentive system.
Thanks to the development and implementation of a new sales policy in Poland (change of the distribution and sale system of products, expansion of the sales force and change of the remuneration system), I increased my sales by 36% in the period of six months.
